How much does process automation cost?

One workflow costs from CHF 2'900.–, the bexio package “Quote to payment” from CHF 4'900.–. The process review for CHF 1'500.– is credited if you order within 30 days. Operations from CHF 250.– per month are optional.

How long until the workflow is running?

One workflow runs after 10 working days, the bexio package after 15. The date is in the quote, backed by the delivery guarantee.

Is it worth it for a small business?

Rule of thumb: from about 2 hours of manual work a week on the same task. At CHF 60.– an hour, that is around CHF 5'520.– a year. If your case is below that, I will tell you.

Where is my data processed?

Hosting in Switzerland or the EU, on request. Data protection is set up according to Swiss law (the Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP), with a data processing agreement.

Will I depend on you afterwards?

No. The workflows run in your own accounts, are documented and belong to you. You can switch to someone else at any time.
