The bexio API is the official way for other software to exchange data with bexio: contacts, quotes, invoices, payments, hours. But someone has to build the connection to your software. That is what I do.
Whether other software can connect depends on your bexio plan. I check this with you in our first call, before you order anything. If you would need to switch plans, you will know beforehand what that costs at bexio.

The bexio package “Quote to payment” costs from CHF 4'900.– and runs after 15 working days. Operations and monitoring are optional: from CHF 250.– per month for one connection, from CHF 450.– for the bexio package.
Partly, yes. The bexio Marketplace has many ready-made apps. If one of them fits, I will recommend it; it is usually cheaper. A connection of your own is worth it for special cases, or when several programs are involved.
Yes. Orders become invoices in bexio and buyers become contacts, with stock levels if you like. A custom connection is worth it for discounts, partial deliveries or several shops.
You grant access through the official bexio login. I never get your password, and access is limited to what the workflow needs. You can withdraw it in bexio at any time.
Monitoring reports when a step stops working, and no case gets lost. With Operations Plus from CHF 450.– per month, I adjust the connection at no extra cost. With Operations Basic, repairs after a fault are included.
