What it’s about

MVP development: as little as possible, as much as necessary.

An MVP is the smallest version of your product that lets real users complete the most important step. And, ideally, pay for it. Only then do you know whether your idea holds up.

Many ideas don’t fail because of the technology, but because too much gets built before anyone has asked for it. That’s why we start by building the one journey that counts.

  1. 01Click-through prototype

Shows what your app could look like. Good for early conversations. But nobody can get anything done with it, or pay.

  2. 02MVP

Actually works: with login, real data and payments. You see what users do, not just what they say.

  3. 03Full product

Comes afterwards, step by step. Built on what you learned from the MVP, not on guesswork.

Below the surface · The 8 weeks

From idea to launch in 8 weeks.

A fixed plan, a fixed price, a fixed date. Every week you know where your product stands.

  1. 01

    Workshop

    Week 1

Together, by video or (from March 2027) in person. We pin down the one journey that has to work and cut everything that can wait.

  2. 02

    Build

    Weeks 2 to 6

A new preview to try out every week. You give feedback, I adjust. No surprises at the end.

  3. 03

    Test

    Week 7

The first real users try your product. We see where they get stuck and fix what matters most.

  4. 04

    Live

    Week 8

Your MVP is online. You get the code, every login and a proper handover. From now on you collect real numbers.

What your MVP does

  • The core journey of your idea, fully usable
  • Login for your users
  • Payments with TWINT or card, card subscriptions on request
  • An admin area where you see and control everything
  • Simple numbers: who signs up and where users drop off
  • Automatic e-mails, such as confirmations and a welcome message

What waits, on purpose

  • An app in the App Store. Your MVP runs in the browser, on any phone.
  • Every ‘nice to have’ feature. It comes once users ask for it.
  • Polishing details users won’t notice.

Price

What does it cost to build an MVP?

The MVP sprint costs from CHF 19'900.–, excl. VAT, at a fixed price. After launch you have three options:

  1. 01

Keep building. With me, phase by phase, each at a fixed price again.

  2. 02

Hand over. To your own team. You own the code, and I hand it over cleanly.

  3. 03

Stop. If the numbers don’t add up. That’s a result too, and far cheaper than a year of development.

All prices in CHF, excluding any applicable VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What founders want to know before they start.

How much does it cost to have an MVP built?

The MVP sprint costs from CHF 19'900.–, excluding VAT, at a fixed price. It includes the workshop in week 1, the core journey of your idea with login, payments and an admin area, and the handover of the code. You pay in three parts: 40% on order, 30% at the halfway point, 30% at launch.

Is an MVP in 8 weeks realistic?

Yes, if we focus on the one journey that counts. That’s exactly what the workshop in week 1 is for. The date is in the quote. If I deliver late, you get 5% of the price back for each week or part of a week of delay, up to 20%.

Do I own the code?

Yes. You get all the code, all the data and every login. I use a few proven building blocks, such as the login, across several projects. For those you get a permanent, free and transferable licence. So a future development team can carry on without obstacles.

Do I need a technical co-founder?

Not for the MVP. I take care of the whole technical side and explain every important decision in plain words. As your product grows, I hand everything over cleanly to your own team.

Will my idea be kept confidential?

Yes. On request I sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before our first call. Your idea, and everything we build, belongs to you.

Do you also build apps for iPhone and Android?

Your MVP runs in the browser on any phone, tablet and computer, and can be added to the home screen like an app. That saves the cost and waiting times of the app stores. A separate app usually only pays off once the MVP shows that users stick around.

What if my idea changes during the project?

That’s normal, which is why there’s a preview every week. Small shifts in direction fit into the plan. If the core of the idea changes, I tell you in writing beforehand what that means for price and date. You decide.
