Web apps for SMEs · Höfe, March and Lake Zurich
I build custom web applications for small and mid-sized businesses in Switzerland: customer portals, booking systems and internal tools that fit the way you work. Fixed price from CHF 12'900.–, live in 6 to 8 weeks, and the code is yours afterwards.

Below the surface · Web apps
For many jobs there are good ready-made programs. A web app of your own only pays off once off-the-shelf software costs you more time than it saves.
If a ready-made program suits you better, I’ll tell you in our first call. And which one I’d pick in your place.
Typical web apps for SMEs
Customer portal
Example: An accounting firm: clients upload their receipts and see where their tax return stands. The ‘How far along are you?’ calls stop.
Online booking system
Example: A course provider: participants book online, pay straight away and move up from the waiting list when someone cancels.
Internal tool
Example: A joinery: orders, materials and the job schedule in one place. Everyone sees on their phone what’s on today and what’s still missing.
Quote calculator
Example: An electrician: customers put together their own electric car charger. Instead of ‘Please call me back’, you receive a complete enquiry.
My work
VTAG and KnipVrij are my own products from the Netherlands. Sign-up, payment, waiting lists and scheduling: many SMEs need exactly that too.

How a project works
Custom software in Switzerland has a reputation for being expensive and unpredictable. Not with me: I first build the smallest version that helps you in your daily work. Then you decide what comes next.
01
30 minutes, free
You show me how you work today. I tell you honestly whether a solution of your own is worth it.
02
within 48 hours
In writing: what the first version does, what it costs and the day it goes live.
03
a preview every week
You click through the latest version and tell me what works and what doesn’t.
04
after 6 to 8 weeks
A walkthrough for your team. Then you decide: keep it as it is, or start the next phase, again at a fixed price.
Ownership
And you always talk to me, the person who builds your web app.
Pricing
Three packages as a starting point, prices as of October 2026. After our call you get a fixed-price quote for exactly your project.
Your clients find documents, status and requests themselves, without phone calls and e-mail ping-pong.

Frequently asked questions
A customer portal starts at CHF 12'900.–, a booking and payment system at CHF 14'900.– and an MVP for founders at CHF 19'900.–, each excluding VAT. After our first call you get a fixed-price quote within 48 hours.
The first version is live after 6 to 8 weeks: a customer portal after 6 weeks, a booking system after 6 to 8 weeks, an MVP after 8 weeks. The date is in the quote, backed by my delivery guarantee.
Yes. You get the code of your web app, all the data and every login. I reuse a few proven building blocks, such as the login, across several projects. For those you get a permanent, free and transferable licence. So you can carry on with another developer at any time.
Your feedback from the weekly previews is included in the fixed price, as long as it stays within the agreed scope. If you want something new, I tell you in writing beforehand what it costs and whether the date moves. You decide.
On servers in Switzerland or the EU, your choice. I set up data protection in line with Swiss law (the revised Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP), including a data processing agreement.
Servers, updates, backups and monitoring cost from CHF 250.– per month, depending on the size of your web app. The amount is a separate line in the quote, so you know before we start what it adds each year.
